The 3DSmileFactory makes prosthetics for implant support, fixed and removable, milled post for overdentures, milled post for a Toronto bridge, milled and glued structures for provisionals, covered with ceramic or composite.
1.A Dentsply Sirona grinder, the computer-assisted machine that allows us to reate restorations in metal-free ceramic, using materials such as lithium disilicate and other high-tech ceramic hybrids.
2.A 5-axis continuous miller with an autoloader, the milling machine that allows us to create zirconia and ceramic restorations, as well as provisional restorations for long-term use made of composite materials and PMMA.
3.A 5-axis miller for metal: our 5-axis, high-precision milling machine that allows us to produce structures for screwing onto implants, such as Toronto, customized titanium or chromium-cobalt implants.
4.An Amann Girrbach machine used for making “pre-milled” customized dental stumps from titanium.
CUSTOMIZED ABUTMENTS
With dental CAD/CAM , from a small block of titanium, equipped with pre-processed retainer, a customized stump can be obtained by means of millage.
Thanks to this technology, we are able to combine the industrial precision of the retainer with the versatility of digital dental technology.
The pre-milled stumps allow us to achieve functionality and immediate aesthetic results thanks to the versatile provisional and final abutments, from a single tooth to a complete arch.
